The Spiritual Side Of Personalized Gifts

They say it’s better to give than to receive. That may be a generic term that makes us feel good, but it might hold a little more value than we might give it at first. Gifts are incredibly spiritual if we choose for them to be. Giving someone a present for a holiday such as Christmas or their Birthday seems a bit too routine if we don’t put thought into it. We have to look far back into history to understand the symbolic importance of giving gifts to truly understand the potential this act holds. Newborn princes and princesses were given gifts of great value by elders and friends of the current leadership of a nation. This wasn’t just to please the king that was in charge, but to recognize that the children that have been born will one day be in his position. Jesus was just a baby in the Bible when three men covered the desert to greet him with gifts that the couldn’t use at that time. It’s a gesture that acknowledges someone importance and meaning in the lives of others. Gifts are things that are other than presents. Presents are annual things, but gifts are steeped in history and personality.

A circular band

What is the first point of contact we have with the world that is our own complete action? Our hands are movements that we direct, therefore how we interact with the world is a choice we make personally. Hence why objects and items that are worn around the wrist have always had immense spiritual power. A bracelet was the type of item worn in the ancient world that encased this kind of concept. If you want to be in the forefront of someone you love or care about deeply, give them a bracelet. Don’t worry too much about the material as the value in this regard comes second to the meaning. You can give them a precious metal with a message or phrase engraved on it that means something personal to you and them. On the other hand it can be made of stones and pebbles you collected when you were on holiday or backpacking together. For example, pearls or smooth beach stones you found along the coast you were walking with your boyfriend.

A likeness meaning

Gifts that make us smile are often the best ones. They could harbor a precious memory or just be of comedic value to us. At likenessme the tried and tested bobblehead gift is going strong. Take a headshot of someone you love, and their sculptor will create a brilliant likeness of them onto the figure. It looks just like the person in real life, but the figure moves around and their head can bobble and move. Rather than someone random, of just another gift, you can make someone into a character and allow them to exist in another way. At first, it looks just like an inanimate object, but touch it and it becomes interactive.

Personalized gifts are the definition of it’s the thought that counts because you actually are putting thought into how you could spiritually connect with someone else through an object of some kind.
